Orders can be made out to NorthStar Marketing.*** NOTE: New banking practices now require ALL money orders to clear
our bank before order is shipped. (about 5-7 days) Our items are shipped both UPS Ground and USPS depending
on the items. Each page will tell you what method is used. NOTE: Some items we dropship from another location!
We are NOT responsible for delays from shipping services! NOTE: If you are ordering from outside of the U.S. YOU are responsible for any customs
fees! Electronics purchases
may require customs fees to complete delivery.
Please be aware that
orders mailed outside the USA may require duties and customs clearing fees not associated with the purchase price or shipping
charges. These additional funds depend on your countries duties/customs laws and regulations. The receiver of the goods will
be responsible for paying any such fees. NOTE: Items that we ship ourselves can, currently, only be sent to
a destination in the United States and Canada. DUE TO SOME UPS DELIVERY PROBLEMS WE MAY SHIP PARCEL POST TO CANADA!!!
NOTE: When ordering we will need your city and postal code to calculate shipping cost to add to your order. Cost of
shipping is calculated using distance, size of package and weight of order. (some weapons can be heavy and/or large) If ordering
from Canada please include a phone number for UPS shipping requirements! NOTE: All postage fees, both to you and back
to us are the responsibility of the purchaser for returns. There is no postage charges for exchanges due to defects. All returns
must be preauthorized. Please do not mail the merchandise back without first contacting us. NorthStar Zone is not responsible
for any misrepresentation of products by the manufacturer. **Exchanging Merchandise We will accept almost all exchanges.
Some reasons that will NOT ALLOW us to accept exchanges are: 1) Merchandise was ordered more than 21 days ago. 2)
Merchandise was mishandled (broken) by the purchaser. 3) Merchandise is used or not in a resalable condition. **Order
Cancellations 1) Orders can be canceled only if the order has not yet been shipped. 2) Orders can be canceled
by emailing us or calling 608-205-9593

The Small Print We, at
NorthStar Collectibles, want your shopping experience to be a safe and enjoyable one. We appreciate your visiting and patronage.
We stand behind everything we sell and offer a full guarantee for products that we sell directly to you. All damaged goods
must be reported within 2 days and returned to us within 10 days for replacement. Damaged goods will be replaced for the
item price- less shipping! To speed up a damage claim please check with courier FIRST about their policy. Our product does
not leave our warehouse without first being checked out! Everything is packaged in original packages for display and/or protection!
We are NOT responsible for items that are damaged due to mishandling or normal use and wear. We need to be
notified within 2 days for item broke due to shipping and within 5 days if dissatisfied with purchase decision! Email
us with any questions or orders. Our shipping charges are actual shipping charges that are not over inflated like on ebay
or elsewhere! All orders filled to Wisconsin residents are subject to a 5.5% sales tax. NOTE: All blade items WILL
NOT be sold to anyone under the age of 18! Purchasing said items will automatically imply that you are over 18 and we will
not be responsible for any incidents. All of our items are shipped UPS Ground or USPS unless otherwise noted. All of
our weapons, toys, figurines, t shirts and miscellaneous items are subject to change or availability due to our supplier.
There may be some delay upon order of certain items. Canadian Residents need to supply a phone number with orders for UPS
shipping regulations and are responsible for customs fees. NOTE: Some items we dropship from another location! We
have been in business for 30 years. If you are looking for an item that we don't have, just ask! There is a good chance
we can find it or will add it to our website. Our lowest prices claims are NOT subject to dispute if compared to the
